Bruce Lee founded Lee Partners in 1998 to provide high-quality, individualized service to busy clients. Prior to founding Lee Partners, Bruce spent 15 years with CBRE an International Corporate real-estate company and was focused on the suburban Boston market covering both leasing and sales. During that tenure, Bruce represented and leased space for major corporations including Microsoft, Lucent Technologies, Digital Equipment (DEC), Motorola, Fischer Scientific and Kodak. The trend with larger companies continued with Lee Partners with transactions with Goodrich and other technology companies. Bruce values providing individualized and experienced service to CFO, COO, Presidents, founders and truly understands the objectives and constraints of businesses in different stages of maturity. Our relationships are built upon and strengthened by our ardent attention to detail, clarity of communication, and rapid transaction processes.

In 1982 he was at the cusp of the new technology boom as an OEM District Sales Manager for Diablo systems. He made the switch to commercial real-estate to cut down on the incessant travel to California once he had a growing family. He also has been a guest lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate in Cambridge, MA and the Xerox International Sales Training Center in Leesburg, Virginia. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and was an MP in the Military based in White Sands Missile Range New Mexico. He now runs Lee Partners and is an active member of Weston-Wayland Rotary, having served twice as president of his chapter.
Bruce specializes in corporate representation for leasing, sales, and negotiation of office and research & development/flex space. He is consistent in his approach in providing quality service to many of the local area’s brightest companies. He prides himself on the work he does, and the letters of recommendation he earns, and the extensive network he has built over the past three decades in the industry.
